the strategy to this is the number of dashes you in a row is how many letters are the word. The clue to finding the words are::

The first clue (all sections): count the letters in the second word of the title and match that number to the number of dashes and insert the word. Note that this word is used in each and every section.

The second clue (section two): all you must do is switch around the two "H" words. And also refer to the first clue.

The third clue (section three): refer to the first clue.

The fourth clue (section four): the last word of the first sentence in the section you must take out the "R" and the "W" and add another "L". You must also refer to the first clue.
